3. Project Estimates & Quotes
Quotes provided through our free audit process or contact form are non-binding estimates based on initial information. Final scope and pricing are confirmed in a written Statement of Work signed by both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Specific payment terms — including milestones, late fees, and refund policies — are defined in each individual Statement of Work. By default, project work requires a 50% deposit before kickoff and balance on completion. Monthly retainers are billed in advance.
5. Intellectual Property
All website content (text, design, code, logos) is owned by SEO Toronto Pro unless otherwise noted. You may not copy or redistribute content without written permission. Custom work produced for clients is transferred to the client upon final payment per the Statement of Work.
6. Third-Party Services
Our website and services may link to third-party platforms (Google, Shopify, WordPress, etc.). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third parties.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and services are provided "as is." While we make every effort to deliver quality work and accurate information, we cannot guarantee specific business outcomes — including search rankings, traffic levels, or revenue figures.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Ontario law, SEO Toronto Pro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months.
